In a non stick medium pan add the ground turkey mixture and cook until almost done.
Add in sliced onion and let the onion sweat, this will take about 10 minutes. Then add tomatoes and let cook down. When the tomatoes are soft, take the back of a spoon and crush up the tomatoes to make a paste like sauce for the keema.
Then you will add the chopped potatoes and chilis if you want extra spice. Put a lid on the pad and let cook for about 10 -15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
