Chicken Noodle Stew

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 10.75 oz Can Chicken Broth3 Celery Stalks (medium sized)1 cup Onion, chopped coarsley5 Mushrooms (medium sized) thinly sliced4 cups Egg Noodles1 tsp Each of Sage, Ground Pepper, Marjoram & Thyme2 tsp Salt2 tbsp Vegetable Oil1/3 cup White All-Purpose Flour1/3 cup Water
Directions
Slice chicken breast into bite sized pieces, lightly salt, and fry in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil using a Dutch Oven. Once browned on all sides, add 1 can of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add dried spices to broth. Add chopped onions, celery, potatoes and mushrooms. Let simmer another 15 minutes.

Add 4 cups of Egg Noodles and cook until softened. Meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly. Add to chicken stew while stirring slowly. Let simmer and thicken for an additional 10-15 minutes.

***Reserve leftovers to make a chicken pot pie.***
