Sunflower Blueberry Banana Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:3 small BananasBlueberries, fresh, 1 cupPineapple, fresh, .25 cup, diced1 Avocados, California (Haas) without skin and seeds3 dried Figs.25 cup Wheat bran.5 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds, without saltWater
Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Measure out .5 cups of sunflower seeds and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.
Serving Size: 1 LARGE smoothie or 2 medium smoothies
