Kale Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Kale, 1 cup, chopped Mangos, .5 fruit without refuse Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) Oranges, .5 large (3-1/16" dia)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add Kale and Water to blender. Blend. Add all fruits and flax seed. Blend until smooth. May need to add additional water for smoother consistency.
