Elk Burrito Filling

Ingredients
2 lbs. elk meat3 cups tomato sauce1 large onion, chopped or 1/4. c. dried onion1/4 c. taco seasoning mix1 can black beans
Directions
Combine first four ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours on high. You may need to vary this according to your slow cooker. When finished, the meat will fall apart. Pull the meat apart and add beans. You can use different beans too but I like black the best. Mix all together. Build burrito with tortilla, 1/4 c. fat free cottage cheese, chopped tomato, and lettuce.
