Homemade Burritos

Ingredients
1 pack Iceberg lettuce salad mix1 medium tomato10 pack Torilla Nuevo Leon (medium burrito)Dry bean mix: 1 cup dry red beans 1 cup dry black beans 1 cup dry pinto beansVegetable oilGreat Value Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
Night Before: soak beans in 8 cups of water overnight.

Boil beans for 2 hours with 1/4 cup of vegetable oil; stir occassionally.

Blend 2 tsp hot sauce and cooked red, pinto, and black beans; then refry in vegetable oil

Puree 1/2 a medium tomato with 2 tsp hot sauce and
chop the rest of the tomato

Chop 1 cup salad mix

Right before you serve: heat tortillas either for 20 seconds in microwave
