Fresh Rigatoni

Ingredients
1 package whole wheat rigatoni pasta5 cloves garlic1 cup broccoli florets5 big baby bella mushrooms4 cups fresh spinach1 tomato10 leaves fresh basil1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp white wine vinegargarlic salt to taste
Directions
Cook rigatoni until just soft.
steam garlic cloves, broccoli, and mushrooms
wash spinach and basil, cut tomato, mix together and set aside.
After broccoli is tender turn off heat and add spinach mixture to broccoli.
When pasta is finished cooking, toss with vegetables, oil, vinegar and garlic salt.
I added morningstar farms chicken strips for some extra protein.
