200 mL Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 400 Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 large Onions, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 400 g Plain white flour (UK) 70 gram Cheese, Devondale, Light and Tasty 90 gram(s) Rice Bran Oil Spread - Alfa One
Crumb bran oil spread into flour and add water to mix to a dough. Chill in freezer whilst making rest of filling. Mix eggs and milk. Fry onions in oil, add corn and grated zucchini. Roll dough and blind bake 12" diameter flan base in 200C oven for 5 - 7 mins.
