Crockpot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 cup Onions,chopped 1 cup Celery,diced2 cups sliced carrots (I use a bag of baby carrots) 4 tbsp floursalt, pepper3 lb round steak cut into serving size pieces1/2 cup Beef broth, bouillon or consomme14oz canned Tomatoes1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Toss beef in a bag, a few pieces at a time, with 2 tbsp flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown. Layer vegetables in crock pot. Place beef on top. Stir 2 tbsp flour and thyme into beef broth and tomatoes and pour over meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
