Spicy Sweet Potato Caserole

Ingredients
4 cups cubed Sweet Potato1 cup cubed rutabaga1 Medium Onion1 tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Fennel Seeds1 tsp Raw Sugar1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 tsp Ground Cumin1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper1/4 tsp Sea Saltwater
Directions
Cube Sweet Potatoes and Rutabaga
Quarter Onion and slice
On High heat, Toast Fennel seeds in oil for 1 min.
Add Onions and 1/4 cup water, cook until liquid is absorbed.
Add Sweet Potato and Rutabaga and 1/2 cup water. Cook until water is evaporated brown vegetables slightly
Add Spices and 1/2 cup water.
Reduce to med heat.
Repeat adding water and reducing 1-2 more times until vegetables are fully cooked

Makes four servings.
