Baked apple walnut oatmeal

Ingredients
4 cup whole milk1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon2 cups oats 2 apples, peeled and chopped1 cup walnuts, chopped1/2 cup flax seed, ground1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a saucepan, heat milk, brown sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients; mix gently.
Spoon into a greased 2-qt. casserole.
Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
