Ingredients
Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Mix - 1 box2 Tbsp oil (as recommended for preparation by the box)3/4 cup water (as prepared)2 eggs (as prepared)52 grams Soy Protein Isolate1 small apple, grated1/2 cup applesauce1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 - 1/4 tsp cardamonpinch of allspice3/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, separately mix all wet ingredients then add the wet stuff to the dry stuff. pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 min
