Vegetable Beef Soup Crock Pot style

Cut up 3oz Flank steak or other lean beef into bit sized cubes, Brown in pan with small amount of oil until partially cooked. put in crock pot with carrots, celery and onion. Fill with water until about 2 inches from the top of the slow cooker. Add Ketchup to taste, I add Beef Bullion cubes to taste as well as Worcestershire sauce. You can add any vegetables you wish... Cook on high until veggies are soft. You can cook this on low setting also.
