Aduki Bean Stew

Ingredients
* Leeks, 2 cup (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup (remove) * Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Cub Foods Diced Tomatoes Petite, 1.75 cup (remove) * Aduki Beans, 3.5 cup (remove) * Rhutabega (1small, 6.77oz), 3.5 serving (remove) * Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth - low sodium, 2 cup (remove) * Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
saute leeks and garlic until a bit soft then add rhutebega cubes. Mix and cook on med-low for 5 or so minutes. Let the rhutabegas get softer. Add the flour and paprika and stir until all ingredients are coated. Pour in beans (2 cans and use can juice), tomatoes and remaining incredients. Add enough broth to cover about 75% of ingredients. Mix, put on lid and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and add broth if getting too dry (shouldn't be a problem).
