3 cups chopped fresh rubarb1 cup chopped fresh strawberries2 cups water1 cup Splenda2-4 serving packages sugarfree strawberry jello
Cook rubarb in water until soft, about 10 minutes. add strawberries, splenda and dry jello. Allow to chill overnight. Delicious served with vanilla yogurt.
