Roast Beef Tortilla Roll

Ingredients
Tortilla roll filled with fat-free cream cheese blended with prepared horseradish, fresh spinach leaves (stems removed), thinly sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese.
Directions
Blend cream cheese, horseradish and dijon mustard together until smooth. Spread 3 tablespoons on each tortilla. Lay spinach leaf atop cream cheese, followed by 3 thin slices of roast beef and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up and, if desired, place on greased cookie sheet and back on 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 5 sandwich rolls.
