48ozs chicken Kitchens of India butter chicken pasteMedium onionHalf cup Greek yogurt (nonfat)
Directions
Boil onions with paste for 30 mins then turn town to low and poach chicken breast. Once breast a poached, remove and reduce then add yogurt
