Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz 1 bell pepperOnions, raw, 1 medium Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 can *Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped 2 Red Ripe Tomatoes1/2 pack McCormick Low Sodium Taco Seasoning 1/4 cup low fat feta cheese, divided into 4ths
Directions
1. Brown meat-add taco seasoning and let simmer
2. In a separate pan sautee onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender. (Add cayenne pepper and cumin as well for a spicier flavor)
3. Once veggies are soft, add (drained) beans and (drained) corn and mix untill heated through.
4. Put veggie mixture, then meat, then toppings of your choice into a bowl and there ya go!

Toppings included in calorie count include lettuce, low fat feta cheese, tomatoes. Can add salsa if you wish!
