Chocolate Chip + Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients
4 tbsp golden whole flax seeds2 tbsp chia seeds2.25 cup rolled oats.5 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda2 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp ground cinnamon.5 cup dried fruit (I used craisins).25 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)2 tbsp peanut butter9 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (more if mix is too crumbly)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Add mixture to parchment-lined baking pan and even out so there's equal thickness throughout, and bake at 20 minutes (or until golden brown and firm-ish to touch)
4. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from pan. Then cut and enjoy!
