Chicken Masala

Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup Jyoti Natural Foods classic masala sauce, 1 cupCabbage, fresh, half a head, large (about 7" dia) Zucchini, baby, 1 large Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can3 chicken thighs, de-boned and skinned
Directions
Cook chicken thighs in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Cook lentils according to package. Add tomatoes when halfway through, finish cooking lentils. Skin and debone chicken. Add the remainder of ingredients, including thighs, to the pot of lentils and simmer 10 minutes.
