In large freezer bag add these ingredients and seal the bag1 pound pork tenderloin1/2 cup apple juice1/2 teaspoon seasoned saltAdd these ingredients to a small freezer bag then seal and massage the bag to combine1/4 cup apple butter1/8 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon water1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 clove
Place tenderloin and apple glaze bag in refrigerator and Maranide for 24 hours, remove pork tenderloin from bag and place into pan pouring juice over it.
Message apple glaze bag to combine the snip bottom corner open and squeeze contents over tenderloin. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until meat reaches 165 degrees. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
