Ingredients
16 ozs of venison stew meat3 medium potatoes diced1 large onion1 cup baby carrots1 can low fat cream of mushroom soupsalt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions
brown venison in cast iron skillet with onions, put in crock pot, add onions, potatoes, carrots, pour soup mix over all and season to taste. cook on low for 4-5 hrs
