Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large Splenda, 2 cupsCanola Oil, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Flour, white, 4 cupsSalt, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Sour Cream, 2 cups Blueberries, fresh, 2 cups
Directions
Mix together first 4 ingredients. In a seperate bowl mix the flour salt and baking soda. Add flour alternately with sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 3 minutes. Check for doneness, add baking time if needed.
