Ingredients:-Olive Oil, 1 tbsp -Salt, 1 tsp-Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped-Carrots, 0.5 cup, chopped-Red pepper 1 large, chopped-Celery, 1 cup, chopped-Beans, red kidney, 425 grams (One 16oz. can, drained and rinsed)-Beans, white, 425 grams (One 16oz. can, drained and rinsed)-Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans, 6 servings=one large can, rinse can with 1/2 cup water and add to recipe-Dry Mustard, 1 tsp-Molasses, 1 tbsp-Ketchup, Heinz, 1/3 cup
Use a dutch oven or a good heavy pot. Saute onions and carrots in olive oil until onions are translucent, adding salt after first couple of minutes. Then add red pepper & celery and cook on low for approx. 15-20 minutes until veggies are softened. Add remaining ingredients, stir, then cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour to develop flavors.
Serving Size: Makes 7 servings as main dish, approximately 1 cup each
