Kale, 2 cup, blended with just enough water (1/2 cup or so), to make a thick juice (or use any greens)*Pineapple Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, undiluted, 2 Tablespoons4 Tb Protein Powder,( I use half hemp seed powder)Chia Seeds, 1 TbMix all and enjoy.
Blend the kale in the water, mix in the rest of the ingredients.
