1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef1 C. chopped onion1 can (26 1/2 oz.) Del Monte Traditional Pasta Sauce1 1/2C. uncooked elbow macaroni1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Brown meat and onion over medium-high heat in skillet; drain. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, I use Mrs. Dash.
2. Add pasta sauce and 1 cup water; bring to boil.
3. Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
4. Stir in cheese. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
