Ingredients
Avocado 7ozJalapeno 1.5 ozcilantro 1 ozfresh garlic .75 ozonion 2 ozlemon juice to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cut up all the ingredients and take the avocado out of skin and take pits out. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mash together with a fork. Add lemon juice salt and pepper and taste. Make adjustments then cover and let cool for about an hour. Makes about 9 1 tbsp servings. I know this is high in fat but it is the good kind of fat and this is very healthy and all natural.
