Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef2-15oz. cans kidney beans1 1/2 cup onion1- 16 oz can diced tomatoes2- 16 cans tomato sauceChili Powder to taste1-16oz box whole grain elbows
Directions
In a large pot combine the first 3 ingredients, simmer till ground beef is cooked and kidney beans start to split, (this cuts down on the gas factor). Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, bring to a simmer. Add chili powder to taste. In separate pot boil your pasta. cook to el-dente ,drain. Add to chili mixture.
