Ingredients
season chicken w/ worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, white wine, onions, mustard, peppers, raw garlic. (sit 10 minutes)in a little olive oil sauce drop chicken and let it cook in it's own juices for 15 minutes.cut up potato into quartscarrots in smaller sizes (you can leave them as is)once chicken is almost done (you have enough time to finish cooking it with the potatoes & carrots)add the potato, carrots,ketchup, tom sauce, sazon goya....once potatoes are almost done but not breaking add the peas for a quick cook. you're done...
Directions
keep covered no need to add water if you keep it's own juices...if it gets dry add a little water. add salt if you like... we cook low sodium and only use what's in the ingredients.
