Olympic Salad

6 c romain- chopped thin2c Red, Yellow and/or orange sweet peppers chopped.5c green onion chopped (one large stalk)1c. celery (2 or 3 large stalks)2c. fresh peas (frozen baby peas work well-thawed)Layer each one in that order- Romain on the bottom.Dressing:1/2 c olive oil mayo1/2 c fat free Greek yogurt1 dry ranch packetmix well and refrigerate until ready to use (lasts up to 3weeks)top layers with dressing, spreading evenly.3oz. crumbled Fat free feta cheese sprinkled on top.
