fettuccine with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
16 oz fettuccine3Tbs EVOO1 pkg presliced white button mushrooms1Pkg fresh brown mushrooms1 bag frozen onions1-1/2 cup beef broth1/3 cup dry sherry1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 packet beef stew seasoningq can diced tomatos with garlic and onionsflat leaf parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
cook pasta according to directions; meanwhile heat EVOO over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions cook 7-8 minutes. Create well in center of mushroom mixture and add beef broth, sherry and balasmic vinegar. Stir in beef stew seasoing until dissolved. Add drained tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 5-6 minutes. sombine sauce and noodles and serve with parsley garnish.
