IngredientsDRY2 Cups flour 1 Cup sugar ½ tsp Baking soda½ tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Cinnamon WET2 Egg yolks2 oz. Cold Milk2 oz. EspressoI tsp butter (optional)OTHER1 Cup Hazelnuts (toasted and chopped)½ Cup chocolate chips
Dough
Combine dry ingredients in a large missing bowl
In a small bowl combine espresso and milk
Add egg yolks and whisk together
Combine wet and dry ingredients together with the butter to make dough
Mix hazelnuts and chocolate chips into dough
Bake
Form dough into 2 equal balls and shape into logs
Bake logs on parchment paper for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
Allow logs to cool
Cut log into one inch cookies
Bake cookies again at 300 degrees for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side)
