High Protein-Low Carb Pork Chops

7 center cut pork chops about 1/4 inch thick2 eggs well beaten1 C. 2% Milk1 TBL. Mrs Dash garlic & Herb seasoning blend1 TBL Black pepper2 C. Bread Crumbs
In a medium bowl put eggs and milk and whip together well.
In another medium bowl mix bread crumbs and all seasonings until well blended.
Wash Pork chops and dip first into egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Make sure each chop is well coated.
Put 1/8 cup vegetable oil into skillet and heat until very hot but not smoking hot. Put chops into hot oil and fry about 3 minutes on each side until each chop is a nice golden brown. Adjust the heat to avoid the oil from getting to hot and causing smoke.
Drain well on paper towels and serve with sides of your choice.
