Muffins à l'Italienne

Ingredients
100gr dried raisins15 cl rhum250gr flour100gr butterYeast3 eggs1/2 tbsp salt2 tbsp sugar
Directions
Put the raisins in a bowl and add water and the rhum and leave it to rest for a day.
The day after put the yeast in 2 tbsp warm (but not hot!). Meanwhile you have put the flour in a bowl and then add while mixing with your hands: in order the yeast in the water, 1st egg, salt, sugar, 2nd egg, 3rd egg, butter, raisins (which had been removed from the rhum and water),
Leave it to rest and to double in a warm place (at least 1 hour).
Pour the dough in the moulds (6) and cook for 25 minutes at 200 C.
