Raevens Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 4 tsp Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedMushrooms, canned, 1 cupTomato Sauce, 1 cup (1 Medium Can)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup (2 Cans)Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup (1 Can)Beans, great northern, 1.75 cup (1 Can)Chili powder, 3 tbsp Water (1 Can)
Directions
Saute Onions, Green Pepper, & Garlic in Olive oil until green pepper is almost tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients along with 1 can of water.
Simmer until cooked down to desired thickness.
