Taco Bites

Ingredients
1.5 cups ground beef24 oz wonton wrappers1.25 ounces taco seasoning2 cups shredded cheese8 oz chopped green chilies1 cup chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ground beef with onion in a pan on the stove top and cook 4-5 minutes. Once the onion has started to caramelize, add taco seasoning according to the directions. Then spray muffin tins liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 wonton wrappers in each muffin cup and fill with hamburger mixture, cheese and chilies. Bake for 8- 10 minutes, watching carefully for when the wrappers turn golden brown. Remove from muffin pan and allow to cool.

FREEZING:
Fallow directions above to assemble and cook taco bites. Allow to cool then flash frees. Place in a freezer bag, label and frees. To serve reheat in the microwave 1-2 minutes. Serve with taco toppings as desired.
