Ingredients
4 C white flour2.5 C warm water1 T salt1 T yeast
Directions
Mix yeast and warm water in stand mixer bowl. Add flour and salt slowly and knead for 3 minutes with dough hook.
Cover bowl and let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Divide dough in half and shape into round loaves. P;ace loaves on baking sheet coated with dry corn meal. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Place in preheated 400 degree oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves with 12 slices each loaf
