Easy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 cans 99% fat free chicken or vegetable broth3-4 roma tomatoes or 1 cup cherry tomatoes1 small summer squash, chopped1 small zucchini, chopped1 small bell pepper, choppedsalt and pepperherbs
Directions
Chop up the vegetables. Put everything in a soup pot, bring to boil, salt and pepper to taste or dried herbs. Simmer for 20 minutes or so. Optional: Blend in small batches for a "creamy" soup. Serve with a dollup of sour cream or a little cheese. Garnish with thinly sliced mushrooms.
