Grammas' Protein Balls

Ingredients
1/2 cup natural peanut butter3/4 cup Rice Dream Soy milk1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup blackstrap molasses1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds1/2 cup walnuts1/2 cup stone ground oats
Directions
Makes 16 balls

Combine natural peanut butter, Rice Dream, flaxseed, raisins and molasses in a bowl and mix well.

Stir in the raisins, sunflower seeds and the walnuts.

Roll mixture into small balls and then roll the balls in the stone ground oats.

Place on waxed paper and chill for about 1 hour before serving.

    This was a nice snack. One I didn't feel guilty eating. Just as an FYI, however, this isn't a vegan recipe, as it has honey in it. To make it totally vegan, substitute agave nectar or brown rice syrup for the honey. - 1/21/08
