90% lean hamburg1 can black beans5 oz low fat or fat free shredded cheddar1 jar salsa1 package prepared corn bread mix ( such as Jiffy)
drain hamburg, layer hamburg,beans,cheese,salsa, in that order in casserole dish. Prepare cornbread according to package directions. spread over top. Bake in 350 oven for approx 25 to thirty min. or untill cornbread is completly cooked an slightly brown.
