Slow Cooker Spicy Beef Stew

1 lb lean beef for stewing (cut into bite-sized pieces)1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added1 cup low sodium beef broth1 med chopped onion1 Tbsp minced Garlic1 Tsp Garam Masala spice1 Tbsp ground Ginger1 cup prepared Farro (I use Archer Farms)Freshly ground pepper to tasteSalt to tasteOptional: add in whatever other veggies you like!
Place all ingredients into slow cooker, allow to cook for 2-3 hours on high heat, or 5 to 6 hours on low heat.
