Karl's Warm Artichoke and Cheese Dip

2 tbs reduced fat olive oil mayo1/3 cup Kirkland Mexican Cheese blend4 Kirkland artichoke hearts
Directions
Chop artichoke hearts, and blend with mayo and cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
