Spicy chicken and red lentil soup

Ingredients
3 cups Red lentils1 Chicken breast1 large onion, chopped1 habanero, chopped1 mixed vegetable packet6 cloves of garlic, minced2 tsp ground ginger1/4 cup olive oil6 tomatoes, diced
Directions
Season chicken with salt and black pepper, brown chicken in hot oil, remove and cut into small pieces, add onion and garlic to oil and cook for 3 minutes, add all other vegetables and add chicken; sautee for 4 mnutes and add 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Put in letils and season with beef cubes and salt. Cook for another 15 minutes.
