Milk & sausage gravy

Ingredients
1 pound lean Pork sausage3 cups milk powder4 cups water1/4 C white flourBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Mix powdered milk and water well. Brown sausage in frying pan, drain. Mix flour into sausage so it coats meat and clings to the grease on the meat. gradually add milk while cooking and stiring. adjust the quantity of milk to obtain the thickness desired. Mix in pepper. Cook until thick and bubbly.
