Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwhiches

1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp paprika6 cloves garlic8oz lite beer (I use Miller Lite)3.5 lbs chicken breasts2 Tbsp butter3/4 - 1 bottle of buffalo wing sauce (I use Moore's)1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (I use garden green onion)
combine all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot. Whisk to mix then add chicken breasts. Cook on low for 6 hours or until done. Shred chicken and return to crock pot for at least 15 minutes then serve on your favorite roll, we use fresh onion rolls from our local bakery (not in callorie count).
