Ingredients
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 570 grams Nutralite Premium table spread, 25 gram(s) Ginger, ground, 10 grams *Cumin seed, 2 tsp Salt, 15 grams
Directions
1) Wash, core, deseed and cut bell pepper into small slices.
2) Take a wide pan, add table spread, ginger, cumin seeds and salt.
3) Keep a low flame and add bell pepper and stir-fry until table spread evaporates.
