Ingredients
93% Lean Ground Beef1/2 cup chopped portobellosminced garlicsaltcrushed black peppercorns1 cup thinly sliced onions
Directions
Mix ground beef, mushrooms, garlic and salt to taste lightly, then form a patty. Coat patty with cracked black peppercorns. Meanwhile caramelize onions. Grill patty in George Foreman & top with caramelized onions.

    These were great! I was a little confused on how much meat I was supposed to use... but I used a 1/4 lb. for each of the burgers and that worked out perfect. It was really yummy though... thanks! - 11/3/08
