Cauliflower and Broccoli Curry

Ingredients
1 Potato - cut into thick slices and quartered.1 Onion - sliced3 Cloves of Garlic2 tsp Garam Massala1 tsp of Dried Ginger, Dried Corander and Cumin.1 tbsp Tomato Puree1 cup of milk1 vegetable stock cube.Top up with water to cover veg.
Directions
Chop ingredients and fry off spices, once spices have fried slightly add the ingredients then top with milk and water and boil. I added some cornflour to thicken at the end.
