Chicken curry with broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients
2-cups broccoli2-cups cauliflower1-cup celery1-cup bell pepper1-cup onion1-lb cubed chicken breast1-can chicken stock low sodium2-cups mexican style shredded cheese2-pks cream cheese2-tbls curry powder
Directions
Cut broccoli, cauliflower and chicken into same bite size pieces. Dice onions, celery and bell peppers. Add all to a lightly oiled skillet.

Add cream cheese and chicken broth. Once combined, add curry powder. Place in a casserole dish and bake on 450 for 20-30 minutes or unlit some browning occurs. Top with cheese bake till cheese is melted.
