1 lb. Beef, round steak - pounded to 1/4" thick1/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour4 tbsp. Kretschmer Wheat Germ1 tsp. Seasoned Salt (or to taste)1 - 2 tsp. Black Pepper 1 1/2 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup water2 tbsp. Canola Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut meat into four equal portions.
Heat oil in large, heavy lidded skillet over medium-high heat.
Thoroughly mix whole wheat flour, wheat germ, seasoned salt and pepper.
Dredge tenderized steaks in flour/wheat germ mixture and brown both sides in hot oil.
Drain excess oil.
Return to heat.
Spoon mushroom soup over browned meat and add water.
Cover and place in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
